The location was fine. The room was beyond expectation! The interior was well appointed with interesting art throughout. I really appreciated the strict rules about noise. Every member of your desk staff was a 10…friendly, helpful, and so personable. They each took time to smile genuinely and greet us whenever we came in.

The bed was so comfortable and the room had everything I needed. The hotel was stylish, lovely art in the room. I didn't know there was a gym and was delighted there was one. The location was very close to whom I was visiting so it was perfect but also a lovely treat for my holiday. Massive 2 tv's in the room, couch, great wifi

We were there for an event that was close by. Property is in an industrial area, but a block away from residential. We walk a few blocks to a corner store to get some supplies since we have a kitchen in the room. Very safe. Seemed to be a lot of families living in the area. The room was very big for the area. The property is beautiful and very clean. Also, it was extremely quiet.

The Henry Norman never disappoints. Rooms are meticulous, large and eclectic. The staff is first rate, friendly and welcoming. The Henry Norman is our first choice when visiting family in Brooklyn. My husband and I would recommend the Henry Norman to anyone visiting the NYC area. Thank you to the staff for continually going above and beyond. See you all soon!

The studio loft was bigger than some NY apartments. It was decorated with art, and being an artist I was pleased that they actually commissioned the art, instead of using it for free. I was really happy to find a place for two computers so that my husband and I could work. The bed and bedding were high quality comfort level, and there was drinking water in the gym to refill our water bottles? and a drip coffee maker in the room.
